When Showfront got the call from George Vlastaras, Managing Director of Kings Comics, Sydney, to assist with a full collectible display case fit-out, we were only too happy to help. Kings Comics have had a huge following for extremely rare, vintage Marvel and DC Comics for years, especially through their mail order catalogue and online sales, but something extra special was needed for the new concept store George was planning to open in the heart of Sydney.

That's where Showfront comes in.

George has been a loyal, long-time, Showfront customer in both hire and sales, primarily because of the build quality, lighting and security. Working closely with George, we helped bring his vision to life as he turned a restored, heritage steel-framed warehouse building built in 1910 into a stunning retail experience that every comic collector on the planet would die for!

The Showfront team were delighted to play their part in helping George create this amazing store through a combination of Showfront best selling cabinets including 16 x TPFL1000's, 8 x TPFL1200's and 3 x TSF1200's in black square frame with additional spotlights. The solution also included strong security through an electronic lock system with programmable keys. Given the showcases were to display items in the thousands of dollars in value, the new lock technology was exactly what was needed.
