Of course, all written quotes must be based on a like for like product including distinguishing features and specifications, e.g., colour, size, lighting features, storage, frame, etc. And just to make sure that everything stays fair, competitor prices must also be publically visible on their website. Our Best Value Guarantee also applies to regular retail prices only - special deals, stock clearance sales, etc, are not included.

 

We don’t accept off-shore quotes or e-Bay as a basis of comparison (sorry...we love e-Bay but it just doesn’t count!). Australian companies and Australian dollars only!

Warranty, Care and Maintenance

We are proud in supplying you our Australian made showcases. Showfront cabinets are constructed with materials sourced from certified Australian companies. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months on the structural build and lighting. This does not include glass damage or damage caused by wear and tear.

 

All glass used throughout the showcase meets Australian Safety Standards AS1288-2006.

 

Laminated MDF panels used to construct the showcases are supplied by Laminex. Laminex Structural MR E0 MDF is an Eco specifier Global GreenTagTM GreenRate Level A certified product and can contribute to Green Star® points. In addition, Laminex Structural MR E0 MDF has achieved Australian Forestry Standard / Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (AFS/PEFC) Chain of Custody (CoC). This ensures that the timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests and accrues Timber Credits in the Green Star Materials Calculator. For fire and water resistance please refer to the Laminex Australia website.

 

For cabinet care, simply use a dry microfiber glass cleaning cloth. Ensure that sliding door tracks remain dirt and grime free.
