While the vast majority of pricing on our website is correct, there will be the occasional product that is priced incorrectly. Such products will only be sold for the correct (usually higher) price. Please note that you will be contacted before any higher priced goods are charged to you and offered the option to withdraw your order.

Any product on the site can be withdrawn from sale at any time without notice. This is usually because the product has been removed from release, or is no longer available for re-order. Products are subject to availability and may not be available at the time of purchase.

 

Showfront does everything in its power to ensure that stocks are kept up to date and are available for purchase online. At time, due to significant demand, stocks may be low or depleted and there may be a delay delivering your products to you. In each case where there is a delay, you will be informed of the delay and given the right to withdraw your order. In store prices can differ from the website.

 

Variations in Price;

While most prices remain the same between the website and our various bricks and mortar stores, the occasional price might vary. In these instances, please contact us for the correct pricing as the website does not always run the same specials as our stores.

 

Despatch & Delivery Policy;

Showfront takes full responsibility for ensuring your products are delivered to you in excellent condition. Should any products become damaged or missing in transit, Showfront will replace the products in question. If you choose to organise your own pick-up of the products purchased, Showfront will not be held responsible for any products that become damaged or missing in transit. Shipping prices are subject to evaluation and change by staff at any time.The cost of delivery may change without notice. However, you will be contacted before any charges are made for confirmation of the new cost.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds will be at the sole discretion of Showfront Group Pty Ltd.

  • Timeframe: if you have received a defective product, please contact Showfront within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Process:
    • Contact Showfront via email [email protected] or telephone on 1300 99 36 36.
    • Speak with one of your consultants to explain the issue
    • If possible, please provide evidence of the issue in question, e.g., provide some photographs
    • Showfront will endeavour to resolve the matter immediately.

 

Bank Charges;

Showfront will not be held accountable for any fees your bank charges per transaction (including the verification charge).
