Return & Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds will be at the sole discretion of Showfront Group Pty Ltd.

Timeframe:

  • if you have received a defective product, please contact Showfront within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Process:

  • Contact Showfront via email sales@showfront.com.au or telephone on 1300 99 36 36.
  • Speak with one of our consultants to explain the issue
  • If possible, please provide evidence of the issue in question, e.g., provide some photographs
  • Showfront will endeavour to resolve the matter immediately.
